The birth of this idea of "atelier":
We had started a little snack bar but unfortunately not financially viable due to the lack of customers
Only a dozen of kids from schools around were coming, but they were so happy with our tasty
yet healthy sandwiches that
we didn't want to dissapoint them this year.
So came to us the idea to help them continue to eat healthily with a dietetic culture on the side,
adapted to their needs with a creative and fun txist to it, by changing the theme every month.
Themes for 2006-2007 :
October: Starchy foods – November : Fat – December/January : Sugars
February : Meats – March /April : Spices – May : Vegetables – June : Fruits
Thème for September : Breads
